WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation, which produces heightened focus and suggestibility. It is a trance-like mental state where the conscious mind becomes aligned with the subconscious mind, which opens up to receive helpful and beneficial suggestions. Hypnosis has been shown to have medical and therapeutic benefits and can be used as a therapeutic tool.
This practice, hypnotherapy, has been successfully used for many years to help with pain and anxiety reduction, as well as for behavior modification. Hypnosis and hypnotherapy can help you create your path to changing your life in a positive way. A few sessions are usually recommended to reinforce the effects and produce the most lasting results. Many people think they cannot be hypnotized, but research has shown that many people are more hypnotizable than they believe. The most important thing if you are interested in being hypnotized is to have an open mind.
WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is a technique that utilizes hypnosis to aid in the treatment of specific symptoms or health conditions. Hypnotherapy works by inducing a hypnotic state that allows people to relax their mind and body and open themselves up to inner experiences. While you are in this hypnotic state, your hypnotherapist will introduce positive suggestions at the appropriate time that will create an internal change, and then you will be ready to apply these beautiful changes in your life. While you are under hypnosis, you will be very aware, but will feel no stress or worry.
WHAT WILL YOU EXPERIENCE DURING HYPNOSIS?
During the hypnotic session you are not asleep. Your mind will be quiet, alert, and relaxed. In fact, your senses will be amplified and everything that happens during your hypnotherapy session can be recalled. Yes!!! Hypnosis heightens senses! After your session has ended, you will feel mentally alert with a wonderful sense of confidence, happiness, and well-being.
According to research, your subconscious mind is 88% of your mental power, while your conscious mind is only 12%, meaning your subconscious is in charge.
Sessions are about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Ongoing sessions consist of:
- In-depth consultation to understand what the client is feeling.
- If there’s something that you are not happy about, how you feel, what would you like to work on, and the specific challenges you are currently dealing with.
- We will discuss a detailed description of how hypnotherapy works in the human mind (Theory of Mind) for a specific issue or concerns.
- What you should expect, feel, and experience during hypnosis.
- Suggestibility Testing – Consists of the extreme importance to understand how your personality take suggestions and information that can make positive changes in your subconscious mind.
- During hypnosis you will sense very peaceful, pleasant, and relaxing feeling.
- You never lose control, say or reveal anything you do not want to.
- At the end of the session, you will feel more energetic, happy, focus, with a sense of well-being.

Cancellation policy: (Please read before scheduling your session.)
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50 for Hypnosis sessions and $150 for Past Life Regression sessions.
